Senior Employee Relations Analyst
Current• Provide enterprise-wide support within HR shared services, offering consultation, facilitation, and resolution strategies for workplace issues raised by employees.• Aid business stakeholders, including executive leadership, in performance management best practices within company policies. • Partner with business stakeholders at 20 resorts/properties across multiple states and utilize data to foster long-term strategic relationships between the company and employees, thereby reducing people-related risks.• Achieve overall enterprise goals through proactive, data-driven initiatives and influence decision making through strategic relationship development and trusted outcomes.
