Personal contact list includes 300+ B2C contacts and 600+ B2B contacts from MB, SK, AB, BC, ON and Maritimes and is updated with dated interactions with all correspondence PRIMARY DUTIES: Connect with customers, build and maintain relationships & sell all company offerings: NH3 parts, equipment & services, Granular parts and whole goods, Liquid & Propane parts and services Answer customer inquiries via call, text, email and visit Take parts orders & invoice customers Provide quotes, terms & contracts for complex applications, whole goods & equipment & services offered. Provide troubleshooting & technical advice, especially in busy fertilizer season Assist in warehouse management receiving & unloading shipments, fulfilling backorders, customer returns & year-end cycle counts Key member of social media team, participate in development of parts catalogs, provide content creation for social channels Fulfill parts orders for company's service department Manage mobile trailer parts stock for service department Participate in company sales meetings and "influencer" meetings; contributing ideas & solutions for company growth

A/P - process payables invoices obtaining approvals when required and file digitally A/R - closely monitor, follow-up per procedure & maintain contact notes & report to management team bi-weely Review open Purchase Orders regularily, managing daily "received but not invoiced" report Prepare Cash Flow report monthly for Director of Internal Operations Assist Accountant with budget related tasks and producing documents required for yearly external auditsAssist in review of various financial reports; profit vs loss, budget vs actual, divisional analysis Issue customer statements & assess finance charges every month Reconcile cheques, credit card payments and wire payments daily Reconcile staff credit cards monthly collecting & flagging missing receipts, monitor balances Process staff expense reports & obtain approval when necessary Reconcile petty cash semi-annually Set up new customer accounts, collect and process credit checks Edit customer & vendor accounts as necessary Provide admin & IT support for company meetings Secondary support to Order Desk; learn products and sell procedures, cover desk during busy season & staff vacations Assist director in development of internal processes Manage stock of all office supplies and products Process vacation requests & issue weekly billable time reports to management Responsible for annual storage retention for accounting department Employee member of Safety Committee and Social Committee
