Responsibilities – within the PIM system:- Acquire and maintain product data.- Manage the branded website catalogs and ensure data accuracy and completion.- Support and train the Product Managers, Brand Managers, and local users on the platform.- Work with the local markets to ensure that translations are completed within the required timeframe and to a high standard.- Review and approve SKUs and Base Products.- Publish all SKUs to relevant branded websites.- Provide reports and templates to assist with ongoing data management.- Work with IT/PXM on enhancements and bugs.- Submit requests for new system users.Responsibilities – within Syndication system:- Work with product, brand, eCommerce, and IT to develop business processes to meet the business needs related to eCommerce products setup and A+ content setup via syndication platforms, data pools, and portals.- Gather business requirements from local markets to determine structure, timeline, and expectations forSalsify catalogs and syndication channels.- Acquire all product data, create new SKUs in-platform and work closely with IT and markets for channelconfiguration.- Ensure timely eCommerce content delivery flow, from data loading to auditing of all delivered content and assets.- On-board new syndication channels and manage existing channels.- Manage content channels to ensure product data is mapped appropriately and instantly communicates any attribution changes to eCommerce, Product, and Brand teams.- Assist in tests within Salsify and/or other platforms to leverage syndication practices and drive successful syndication process.- Support and train regional and/or local Salsify users.- Monitor day-to-day activities to maintain the health of the data.- Report on performance, best practices, and impact of syndication program.
