Driving the EMEA motorised product roadmap from concept to shelf by partnering cross-functionality to deliver Shark Ninjas 5-star experience for every product we bring to market. Worked across the cordless blender (Blast Max) and juicer categories as well as building out the 2025 and 2026 motorised roadmap with new product concepts. Motorised in EMEA is an €253m business for Shark Ninja.• Bringing new products to launch within the UK and mainland Europe in existing and new motorised categories. Achieved by building the strategic vision for my products and being informed by market research, consumer testing, competitive analysing and leading on a think differently mentality. One category I managed was compact blending which contributes over €35m revenue across EMEA pa.• Taking initial product concepts through prototype and early-stage development, passing build gating stages, validating, and testing products at each build stage before driving through to mass production. • Leading customer research and testing to create product definition, consumer-relevant design targets, and performance KPIs. • Working cross-functionally with supply chain and engineering to help the team meet cost targets and leverage levers to impact margin whilst looking for upsell and cross sell opportunities.• Managing overall product cost and margin targets to provide support to leadership in executing the budget.

Responsible for delivering and launching Zwift’s first indoor cycling hardware product in 12 months, the Zwift Hub Smart Trainer. Launched in Oct 22 into the UK, EU and US along with the Zwift Companion App (iOS & Android) and Zwift game features. Since launch over 17.4 million miles have been cycled on the Zwift Hub!During my time at Zwift I created and managed the Zwift Hub and related Zwift Companion App and Zwift Game roadmap and vision, understanding, and addressing user needs and prioritising product investments and features. I also led on market, user and product research and testing as well as levaraging data analytics to support feature business cases and decision making.I'm have experience of working with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, DFM and DFMA processes, product certification (CE, UKCA, FCC), mass market manufacturing, industrial design and firmware development.

Vodafone was the first mobile network operator in the world to launch a consumer Internet of Things (IoT) brand under the title, V by Vodafone. I joined this start up within Vodafone at the beginning of its journey and played a key role in its development and growth. During my time we rebranded to Vodafone Smart Tech, grew our customer base exponentially, grew to over 400 people globally, and are seen by Gartner as a Leader in their ‘IoT Magic Quadrant’. My focus was on the Designed & Connected by product range where we built and launched in house new Smart Tech products including Curve - the Smart GPS Tracker, Neo - the Smart Kids Watch in partnership with Disney, Curve Bike Light and GPS Tracker and the Vodafone Smart App. All of these products have been launched in multiple countries across Europe and Africa. I was also responsible for launching the Vodafone Smart Tech proposition and brand into Vodafone Greece, Ireland and Vodacom South Africa.

Working within the Strategy and Development function within Vodafone Group Enterprise I sat within the Strategic Partnerships team. Here we managed and developed Vodafone’s largest enterprise partners on a global, strategic level. As part of my role as a Strategic Partner Manager, I am responsible for driving major related programmes to help enable Group Enterprise to deliver agile, efficient and successful partnerships driving joint business objectives through structured governance, stakeholder management and communications. I also work to enable co-creation and differentiation in the market for Vodafone as we identify sell to, sell with and sell through opportunities with our partners. This was my third and final rotation as part of the Vodafone Group Enterprise Discover Graduate Programme.

During my time within Vodafone Carrier Services I was responsible for driving forward the roll out of the Vodafone Messaging Hub which in turn provided cost saving and improved commercial positioning for all Vodafone local markets. My main focus was on International Person to Person (P2P) SMS within the Vodafone network on a global basis. I supported more than 515m+ Vodafone mobile subscriber’s international P2P messages by driving customer experience requirements through global reach. A key achievement was working with colleagues to redefined and implemented strategic plan for Vodafone international P2P SMS across 25 local markets.Other key activities included stakeholder engagement, communication, commercial propositions and negotiation, rate management, product requirements, credit monitoring and control, process planning and vendor management. This was my second rotation as part of the Vodafone Group Enterprise Discover Graduate Programme.

Whilst in the Vodafone IoT line of business I sat within the vertical market development team focusing on the healthcare vertical. As part of my varied role, I supported the development & growth of our IoT healthcare global go to market by leveraging Vodafone IoT's key value propositions, global footprint and partnering ecosystem.I worked closely with our global IoT sales force to leverage Vodafone Global Enterprise and local market customers by developing tailored healthcare propositions and identifying and developing growth opportunities for the health sector in IoT. Our team support some of the biggest healthcare businesses in the world to take advantage of IoT, transform to digital healthcare practices and help with some of the biggest challenges they are currently facing such as data security. I also supported all aspects of healthcare IoT marketing, comprising thought leadership, customer engagements, industry research and analysis and salesforce enablement. This was my first rotation on the Vodafone Group Enterprise Discover Graduate Scheme.
