Our program will consist of events in partnership with the US Dept of Veterans Affairs and other community partners that focus on uniting community service providers and have a culminating event called the Welcome Home Warrior Summit. The Warrior Summit will bring together resources from over 250 agencies and groups that will provide free services and programs to over 10,000 veterans and families in the greater Chicagoland/Illinois area.
