I set-up and managed this consulting company to establish an online platform and resource base for consultants around the world, and we developed capabilities and resources which are applied in the services and programs offered by Global Management Academy.

In this interim consulting and leadership role, I took on the responsibility of leading the restructuring of thee business which comprised multiple business units in a wide range of countries, into 2 strategic business units. This was carried out over a period of 12 months, and involved complete realignment of the operational and financial management of the existing 18 business entities. The aim of the program was to enable regional and global alignment, and prepare the business for an IPO.

Affinity Performance Systems specialized in the development of business performance management systems and business performance improvement consulting.The company developed the 'My Performance Portal' online business performance management software platform, which was used by mid to large companies across Australia, and the Middle East. I led significant systems improvement initiatives with some of the largest resources companies in the Southern Hemisphere, and developed BPM systems solutions using the worlds leading BPM software platforms (Business Objects, SAP, etc..)

The company offered a range of business performance improvement programs, and strategic management programs (strategic planning,restructuring, business development and business process improvement initiatives). In addition, the company expanded into the middle east, and introduced a range of professional services to clients across the Gulf Region.
