Provide service and support necessary to maintain retail coffeehouses in a first class condition through preventative maintenance installations and repair support.Responsibilities Include:Complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment within retail coffeehouses including espresso / brewing, HVAC and refrigeration. This includes, but is not limited to, communication with stores; responsibility for independently managing scheduling based on needs of the business; tracking and maintaining equipment data; maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering parts as required; evaluating equipment to assess for repairs or replacement as needed.

Troubleshoot, evaluate and repair electronic issues on printing press machines and devices. Consulted with clients to determine their needs and priorities. Install and maintain network configurations between computers and devices. Communicate effectively both written and oral with internal and external customers. Experience with Microsoft 2000, XP, and Vista. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office. Supervise regional department. Reviewed yearly performance appraisals of employees. .

Diploma, Industrial Electronics / Pc Repair, Dean'S List / Perfect Attendance

Experience in troubleshooting industrial electronic components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC’s. Training in troubleshooting and repair.
