• Responsible of over 50Billion USD investment in all RSG resorts(key components include theme parks, luxury residential, retails,hotels&RDE ): Build, Lead and monitor internal design&control department of over 400 staff that includes architects, interior designers, MEP &structure engineers and project managers to overhaul the full execution of RSG-Six Flags resorts from concept, construction to opening. Key functions include design management&inpections, cost control, operation plans (SOP)across multiple departments and functions. • Vendor selection and management • Provided ongoing operational process analysis, mitigated “scope creep,” communicated project status, and identified and resolved operational issues and constraints. • Managed project resources, progress, completion timeframes, and budget while exceeding key operational performance targets• Successfully aligned business planning and financial processes with performance improvement and business risk-management activities. • Proactively lead and participate in land negotiation, acquisition of key assets and due diligence. • Took active initiatives to expand new businesses including LBE (location based entertainment), FECs, entertainment & shows. • Government/key partners relationship management• Signed and managed exclusive agreement with top international IP’s including Alpha, Tencent, National Geography, Ubisoft and more.

Lead and monitor internal design&control department of over 100 staff that includes architects, interior designers, MEP &structure engineers and project managers.Establish strong positions with partners including developers, hospitality brands, governments, IP holders, leasing firms, media & entertainment groups, etc. Strategic planning through proactive market& industry analysis, work closely with CEO to formulate business models and evaluate existing pipelines.Evaluate future projects through site inspection, financial modeling, valuation analysis and market research.Supervise out-sourced contractors and consultants; and monitor their service performances.Supervise design&construction quality through whole process from concept to construction & opening.

Responsible for growth of China business and operation of China office. Lead, guide, and coach the china team and manage implementation of Forrec’s growth strategies in China, which includes the growth of 6 main segments: Retail&mixed-use, Theme Parks, Water Parks, Entertainment centers, Resorts/healthcare &communities and Science & Culture.Lead the expansion of the Forrec business and services throughout the nation and heavily involved in the development of china specific business development strategies that aligns with our global objectives.In charge of the Forrec China’s annual planning, budgeting and forecasting, project pipeline, development of long and short-term strategies to drive growth on national level, and play a critical role in improving conversion Rate.Partner with sector leads within Forrec in head office as well as leaders in global markets in the creation, prioritization, planning, and effective execution of projects that deliver improved performance for key accounts on a global level, and provide oversight and appropriate reporting of the regional programs to functional leaders in different regions and to global initiative leaders.Formulate business development plans and strategies establish and cultivate productive client relationships with international and domestic executives and industry decision makers to seize business growth opportunities and compete against Forrec’s direct competitors. Personal key accounts management includes prominent clients such as Wanda group, Chimelong group and Universal studios.Build and develop a strong network of partners & collaborators to drive growth, and make sure they are aligned to Forrec’s overall business objectives.Lead the daily operation of China office by budget and schedule.
