As Founder and CEO James is responsible for the day to day management of HealthSpan Solutions and Local Craftsman. His focus is to assure the delivery of “Results Driven Performance Outcomes” for their client base. HealthSpan Solutions was founded in 1999. Since the inception HealthSpan has grown organically carrying no debt. HealthSpan has managed over a billion in assets for nationally and internationally recognized healthcare providers and service companies. Through James’ leadership HealthSpan has maintained its focus of delivering “Results Oriented Solutions”.James has over 20+ years of healthcare management and services experience with some of the largest providers and service companies in the industry. He began his career while attending the University of Louisville, KY with Humana Inc., and subsequently worked with various companies such as HCA, and Shriners Hospitals within the Materials Management and Purchasing arena. He was Vice President of Marketing / Partner Services for Medaphis Hospital Services Corporation during the late 90’s and NCO Financial which acquired the Hospital Services Division. James has held many senior leadership roles over the last two decades to include CEO, Vice President, Board Member, Director, as well as, Founder of Physician’s Buying Group Association and Spectrum Oversight Advisors, LLC. In addition, he has been involved in assisting numerous start-up companies over the last ten years within healthcare and outside of healthcare. James serves on the Advisory Board for Special Angel Inc., Beverly Hills, CA., and Pure Aqua, LLC, Atlanta, GA.
