Responsible for total Supply Strategy Development for Molded parts, E&E components & Purchased Finished Goods categories within the America's manufacturing sites.Bubble Assignment 1/1/14 – 7/1/14• Representing the Supply work stream, selected to participate in an Operating Model Transformation (OMT) project, which was of the highest priority for Pentair Valves & Controls for the next three years. Through this initiative, a cross-functional international team simplified, standardized and integrated critical business processes and ERPs in order to reduce complexity, resulting in building one business. The team was located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. All tasks were completed on time allowing the Supply work stream to move to the next phase of the project.

Complete responsibly for strategy and development of the International supply base located in China, Taiwan & India Direct responsibility for 3 Buyers and 1 Admin.Developed plans for the department for cost savings, terms of payment extensions and supplier consolidation.Developed a process for evaluating and approving new suppliers into the supply base.Developed a supplier scorecard for measuring current suppliers.

Directly responsible for Quality, Delivery and Cost for all Electronic, Electrical & Hydralic components for North & South America facilities. Working with counterparts from Asia and Europe in a team environment to develop and implement strategies for Hydraulic Components for Volvo CE worldwide. Counted on to bring an Americas perspective to insure strategies meet Volvo CE’s expectations. Reporting directly to the VP of Purchasing for Americas, most activities were accomplished autonomously. Total Responsibility for 3 Commodity Buyers in the Americas.

Working with Global Commodity Managers in a team environment, responsible for developing and implementing strategies for Hydraulic Components for Volvo CE. Counted on to bring a NA perspective to insure strategies meet all Volvo expectations. The strategies are formulated to meet the Volvo CE targets for Quality, Delivery and Cost. Most activities were accomplished autonomously which includes, but was not limited to:• Devleoping a NA implementation plan for a decided strategy.• Acting as the Supplier Host for major NA Hydraulic suppliers.• Working with suppliers at the top level to improve Quality and Delivery Precision problems;

Working within a multi-national/multi-cultural team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies for Components for Construction Equipment manufactured by Volvo CE worldwide. The strategies are based on the KPI’s required to meet Volvo CE targets for Quality, Delivery and Cost. All self driven activities were accomplished autonomously which includes, but was not limited to:• Negotiating long-term contracts on behalf of all Volvo CE entities/areas;• Working with suppliers at the top level to improve Quality and Delivery Precision problems;• Developing a team consisting of buyers at the local entities to inform and evaluate the commodity worldwide as it affects Quality/Delivery/Cost.
