As an air traffic controller and commercial pilot, I have over 23 years of experience in the aviation industry, holding various professional endorsements and a Stanford certificate in aviation management. I have a passion for aviation technology and innovation, and I have published multiple articles on aviation topics in various journals and magazines.Most recently, I was the operational project lead for the Vancouver Airspace Modernization Project, where I collaborated with various stakeholders and experts to design, implement, and evaluate the most efficient and effective airspace and procedures for the Vancouver area, using performance-based navigation (PBN). I also contributed to the education and training of air traffic controllers and pilots, and to the promotion and communication of the project benefits and impacts to the aviation community and the public.
