We provide imported and domestic Snowboarding, Skateboarding and Apparel product to the Australian market at an affordable price without compromising quality or brand.Duties include:• Customizing and building the BSC website using the Big Cartel, and most recently Shopify, platform• Content development of digital marketing through social platforms including Facebook and Twitter• Proactively managing marketing, SEO and SEM campaigns resulting in a Facebook following of 10.5k with a daily visit rate of 300 unique visitors to the web store• Implementation and management of CMS page content, imagery and product descriptions using eCommerce program Shopify• Developing and executing successful targeted on-line marketing campaigns• Management of customer service via email, phone, forms and Facebook• Running of warehouse ensuring all orders are calculated and dispatched same or next day• Liaising with Australian and International suppliers to attain product• Forming product agreements using strong negotiating skills• Board Supply Co administration duties which include but are not limited to all accounting, marketing, dispatching of goods, customer service, stock control, promotions, and website maintenance

The business has recently been sold after great success, hosting and building brands such as Eesa, Airblaster, Ashbury Eyewear and Howl. Duties include: • Building an account base up around Australia and New Zealand from 0 - 100+ clients• Working with major accounts such as General Pants Co., Citybeach, Surf Stitch, Ozmosis and Planet Surf• Running marketing campaigns, to build brand awareness through all Australia Action Sports media channels• Arranging and managing quarterly showings of new product lines• Showing of new product lines and collating Australia orders • Working with International suppliers and manufactures to maintain product quality and performance• Daily running of all dispatch operations• Organizing and managing dispatch of stock from America, China, and Canada into Australia• Handling of all shipping costs and duties• Primary Distribution administration duties which include but are not limited to all accounting, marketing, dispatching of goods, customer service, stock control, promotions, and website maintenance

Duties:• Product showings for all Victoria and Tasmania clients• Working closely with brand distributors and national sales mangers to meet and exceed targets• Organising all showroom products and in store samples• Building and designing custom window displays to increase brand awareness• Daily running of accounts through Victoria and Tasmania in particular helping client needs and building a strong business relationship with each account• Introducing creative ideas to help increase sell through of products in store
