International Marketing Technology Manager

Project Manager - Dealer Marketing
My main responsibilities were split between two main roles. Firstly, as a specialist and coach, tasked with advising both dealers and country leads on their outbound and inbound marketing strategy. The primary purpose of the role was managing change throughout the organisation, with the aim of ensuring that the end to end customer journey was the best that it could be. My responsibilities included:• Overall management and responsibility for the customer journey of the BMW’s electric vehicle sub brand, BMW i. This involved analysing customer and business feedback, creating solutions to issues raised and managing these into daily business practices. • Performance management and eventual disbandment of the BMW i Direct Sales team, which was based within the companies Contact Centre. This change was a result of a major project to change from a direct sale to wholesale business model• Creation and maintenance of the BMW i ‘Business Operating Manual’ a detailed procedure guide, which covered all operational processes• Ownership of BMW’s Online Genius Chat. As well as operational management, I was responsible for performance, data analysis and creating reporting for senior management and various committees. • Management of the BMW and BMW i ‘Online Community’, an invite only Customer Research platform, where customers are invited to express opinions on products and services.• Management of process and system changes to comply with the introduction of GDPR.
Network Support Executive
A wide and varied role, supporting the retailer network in all aspects of the sales process from ordering to registration. Ensuring that both retailer and national sales targets are met and that the entire sales process runs as smoothly as possible.
