Gulfstream G450, G500, G550, G600 and G650 aircraft Performed process supplier non conformances, validated 1st article inspections, performed client audits, validated Suppliers for product manufacturing. • Achieved MRB certification on G450, G500, G50, G600, and G650 programs.• Conferred and Validated with Liaison Engineering as well as M&P for engineering dispositions.• Drove issues to closure in a timely manner using RCCA investigations, such as cause and effect diagram, 5 why's, and implemented Gulfstream's rapid problem solving program.• Trained as a FAA Mandated Supplier Auditor which included certification of Supplier in the production of Gulfstream product. Warehouse space was eliminated. Assembled Kits were delivered to the line ready for installation into next assembly. This resulted in a savings of $590.00 dollars per aircraft.

 Manage the compliance of the quality activities of suppliers and facilities through the application of system, product and process audits to the requirements of FAA approved data. Perform 747 and 767 Aircraft Supplier Web duties with MRB Designee Authority to generate PRA dispositions which include, providing liaison support regarding supplier and facility performance to established requirements, and corrective actions. Including performing surveillance, source inspections and first article inspections at supplier facilities, and monitor the inspection system performance throughout all Operations, Materials and Repair Stations.  Review and process Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) using Lean Six sigma Processes on Supplier and facilities products, verifying required corrective action implementation for timeliness and effectiveness.
