I am a seasoned Procurement and Quality Engineer including MRB professional with extensive experience with Manufacturing Engineering, operations, process engineering and implementation of solutions in support of strategic business objectives. I have worked with Gulfstream in Savannah GA, Boeing in Charleston SC, and with Triumph in Grand Prairie and Dallas TX, UTC in Foley, Al. including various suppliers.I believe the description of this position fits well with my considerable aerospace experience including: Previous Secret Security Clearance, certification in QA MRB, extensive experience in root cause analysis and corrective action using Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma processes. Using my acquired expertize, I have worked very well within many different positions dealing with all Gulfstream aircraft programs, Boeing (commercial and military), as well as Sikorsky aircraft. (FAI’s Conformities) Eliminating Safety of Flight issues, saving 10’s of thousands of dollars on a yearly basis. • Consolidated details into kits and delivered to the line for point of use at next assembly. Warehouse space was eliminated. Assembled Kits were delivered to the line ready for installation into next assembly. This resulted in a savings of $590.00 dollars per aircraft.
