Managed a complex international high TCV managing agent/prime contractor total facilities management retention bid for an international bank with sites across Europe, Americas, Middle East and Africa; writing a transformational partnership proposition covering user experience, workplace efficiency, business analytics and an ambitious carbon net-zero roadmap.

Led a divisional team focused on refurbishment and regeneration opportunities for social housing providers and local authorities. Secured positions on major national frameworks with an active pipeline of call-off bids. Developed high scoring social value propositions using themes, outcomes, measures (TOMs, NTs), and Social Value Portal (SVP) submissions.
