My current role involves leading a team of solution experts and architects that provides Zurich North America with collaboration & productivity solutions using Microsoft O365 & Azure Cloud Services.

Managed largest account for Sogeti Chicago in their Heartland region delivering and selling Microsoft cloud solutions. I oversaw a team of consultants that focused on project based work ensuring delivery criteria was met. I also lead several transformational initiatives that included the deployment of a corporate digital workspace supporting 10k employees and contingent workers and built a vision for how to transform their content & collaboration work experience to the cloud.

Proficient and knowledgeable in several Practices, Solutions Sets and Industries; capable of taking a lead role in business development & delivery in these areas; ability to get self billing.

As a consultant Jay worked on small and large teams on global business transformation initiatives. Jays primary focus was technical with an understanding of customer requirements and how to mitigate gaps within technical solutions.

As a consultant Jays primary focus was managing the IMERGE technical landscape of applications and hardware. Jays primary client focus was to help collect requirements, write functional specifications and to help IMERGE executives identify gaps within solutions.
