Joined Freddie Mac as Director Executive Recruiting in May 2006. Led the company's internal executive search practice and managed a team of two internal, former corporate and search consultants, as well as two admin support staff. Worked with the senior leadership team, including the CEO and COO, to structure, manage and close executive searches. The team conducted over 150 searches over five years and I was personally involved with searches for the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO and at least 20 other searches for senior staff and line assignments. The searches involved collaboration with the Board, Executive Compensation, division HR executives and Regulator (FHFA), to prepare, negotiate and close complex compensation offers.

Recruited to Gillette to build and lead the new internal global executive staffing function to support the five global business units and corporate staff organizations. In the first five months, I led searches for Marketing, Market Research, HR, Sales, IT and Commercial Opns assignments in the US, China, India, and Europe. In Jan.2005, Gillette announced its intention to merge with P&G and the deal closed on 10/1/05. During the last 8 months with Gillette, I worked on three global merger transition projects; one I personally led to establish Gillette' global career transition strategy and program content to support the 3000-plus employees who would eventually loose their jobs due to the merge. The other two projects focused on establishing the migration plan for the 670 IT resources and est. the employment Value Proposition for our recruiters during the merger period.
