Design authority for numerous filter product lines, supporting manufacturing and sales. Troubleshot and resolved technical issues. Interfaced with internal and external customers. Special project: Led the transfer of an existing manufacturing line from Long Island to Cortland. Planned and executed all phases including design of manufacturing floor layout, scheduling, documentation, and qualifying manufacturing parameters to meet specifications. Project completed on time, within budget and zero interruption of product availability to customers.

Led the development and implementation of a new product line. Oversaw all aspects of the filter design, prototyping, testing and fabrication processes.Designed and built the equipment required to manufacture new product line.Teamed with colleagues on component selection (pumps, pressure gauges, flow control devices and housing) for an automatic field test rig to assist sales during product introduction. Results: 22 filter products covering 5 media types are manufactured with ~ $1.5M in sales.
