I managed the delivery of pop and rock band lessons in 100+ primary schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire. Focussed on operational success, developing meaningful relationships and account management, I ensured that 2,500+ students experienced fun, inspiring lessons every week! I led a team of 14 skilled band coaches, prioritising well-being and L&D. I accurately tracked and managed absence, performance and payroll, and led iRock's first-ever employee engagement survey. Through motivation and consistent KPI meetings, I delivered the fastest growth of any area in three of the five terms leading my team.

I performed at weddings, functions and events as a singer and guitarist. I edited and managed podcasts for corporate clients. I taught 1:1 singing lessons, ran group music sessions and music with demnetia workshops. I wrote, produced and distributed original music and edited audio for clients. I have organsied all espects of music events, including booking, promotion and sales.
