In my several years of sales experience, I have managed sales performance, KPIs, localized marketing, account growth and retention, inventory, and a team of sales representatives. In two years as a sales manager, I have successfully grew the business unit's annual revenue by 30%. This is largely attributed to the personalized repeat customer and referral programs that I designed and implemented in order to increase account growth and retention.
