Project management of dual contract operation between Halliburton PSL service and sub-contracted pumping service.• Forecasted chemical and casing equipment requirements to ensure orders were placed on time for loadout to meet forecast, enabling efficient project delivery.• Prepared and provided coaching, guidance and knowledge sharing to trainee cement operators by supporting them and running core skill workshop, saving additional cost of outsourced training.• Conducted cement testing at the laboratory; bulk and chemical QA/QC, perform pre-job checks, job calculations, bulk handling, post-job checks, ticketing and rigging down at the rig site. • Interpreted well site data for post-job analysis and highlighted lessons learned for knowledge development and to advocate safe practice.
