Played key role on DFS management team, supporting sales operations in Benelux, the UK, Ireland and India, remotely managed the UK Sales Coaching and Sales Support teams in India. Responsible for managing and aligning the demands and needs of I.T, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing with the overall objectives of the program. Subject Matter Expert for the Dell program and the CIT systems used in it; all proposals from the business were fed through me to vet the value proposition prior to me engaging I.T. Owned and managed the Sales Tool that processed up to 180,000 finance applications per year and generated revenue of up to $80 million per annum. Responsible for setting margin tolerance of the Sales teams and due diligence of contract execution by the Sales Support team. Data owner, accountable for passing quarterly audits in a SOX environment. Collaborated with Dell Marketing teams to ensure high visibility of finance options in marketing tools; including promotions, e-shots, national press ads, inserts and brochures. Led the transition process during transfer of CIT business to another funding provider, keeping staff motivated, rewarded and retained.

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director. Responsible for increasing revenue growth by analysing gaps in process or channels. Delivering growth through process changes, pipeline reporting and spiffs/incentives to motivate and engage sales reps to sell finance roducts.

Reporting to the Sales Manager. Responsible for driving leasing penetration rates within the B2B and B2C channels. Growth driven through training, incentives and focus groups to identify areas for improvement and objections to selling.
