I am commercial litigator who advises on a broad range of disputes across a variety of sectors with an emphasis on ESG (e.g. greenwashing and supply chain disputes etc). I regularly act on disputes arising out of commercial contracts, SPAs (breach of warranty etc.), shareholder disputes (unfair prejudice, derivative actions, hostile board situations), and also negligence claims, including professional negligence. My practice encompasses a wide range of clients, ranging from multinational plc's to sole-traders. I have acted for both claimants and defendants in formal court proceedings (fast-track and multi-track) in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. I am also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution and have represented clients at numerous successful mediations and other forms of structured settlement negotiations.
