The Inventory Coordinator is directly responsible for 100% accuracy of the store's inventory. Responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily. In charge of making transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages daily. Maintain Inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in the implementation of the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls. This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise. • Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping and receiving, transfers)• Ensure inventory records are always accurate• Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed• Conduct inspections with Store Manager• Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts• Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required• Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for the adjustments. Help determine, initiate and execute subsequent corrective actions• Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance

Key holder for the store, open and closing operations. Paper work and money handling plus receiving, invoice entry and stock ordering. receiving of deliveries as well as handling where and when merchandise is put away. Beer consultant responsibility includes ordering beer, discussing orders with vendors and making orders myself. making sure product is within code and date, as well as selling and talking with customers about great beer!

Track how well items are selling within a room, managed product accordingly to push whats selling out. Filled floor and mentor to associates. Process shipments and fill floor with new product. Monitor the floor and watch entry points.

Display Artist (Manager Level)- Responsible for creating, from scratch, displays for product, creating plans for new fixtures. Keeping up to date with current display trends as well as helping each department manager with their display needs whether it be for show or for LP purposes. Budget balancing and allocating budgets. Mentoring and training members of the store team. Managed projects materials and finances.
