I'm a Program Director for Sentara Health where I manage AI and Analytics efforts, governance, & Centers of Excellence in support of the Chief Analytics Office. I have supported 3K+ staff (400+ FTE’s) & standardized hiring, onboarding, & training strategies. I managed budgets over $200M. I standardize technology performance monitoring, define KPIs, & build dashboards to track success for C-suite executives.Throughout my career, I’m the person sent in to identify pain points & develop solutions. I come from a technology & data science background. I combine my technical background with my process improvement expertise to develop a strategy that increases the productivity of teams by maximizing the resources that they already have. As a result, I can increase productivity while also decreasing budgets.In addition, I'm extremely passionate about employee engagement. Engaged employees get results & stay longer at their companies. Everybody talks about quiet quitting but it’s a symptom of a much larger issue. I most recently partnered on the development of an internal job marketplace. This way, managers have a direct way to tap into employees who are actively looking to advance their careers. I am heavily invested in growth through procedure & change management & have started 7 centers of excellence to advance areas like Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence. I do my best to strike a balance between process optimization, standardization, innovation, & creativity.
