Networks included 22 point-to-point sites using Cisco 4510, 7204, 2600, 2800, 2900, 3500 and 5505 devices. Also managed a CUCM, CUC, CCX, CSM & CUPS v10.6 environment. Also upgraded all P2P circuits from AT&T DS3 to Comcast Metro-E (EVPL).•Application Servers: Managed all aspects of the Microsoft Server environment. Provided on-site service of Networks, PCs and printers for MBSI service contracts. From June to Oct of 1998 assisted First Options of Chicago in a MS-Windows NT rollout of more than one hundred PCs. From February 1997 to January 1998 I fulfilled a full-time on-site service contract for IBM servicing Ameritech in the Chicago Loop area. The nine man team that I worked with provided deskside support for three buildings, some one hundred servers and more than one thousand clients. Phone support covered every Ameritech employee in the State of Illinois.
