Networks included 22 point-to-point sites using Cisco 4510, 7204, 2600, 2800, 2900, 3500 and 5505 devices. Also managed a CUCM, CUC, CCX, CSM & CUPS v10.6 environment. Also upgraded all P2P circuits from AT&T DS3 to Comcast Metro-E (EVPL).•Application Servers: Managed all aspects of the Microsoft Server environment. This also included the monitoring of all application servers and their individual services.•Application Virtualization: Managed all aspects of the Citrix XenApp 6.5 with a redundant Netscaler VPX environment. •Server Virtualization: Managed all aspects of the VMware vSphere ESXi v6 infrastructure. •Storage: Managed all aspects of the EqualLogic SAN which replaced the obsolete Microsoft Windows Storage Server.•Enterprise Applications: Maintained both the Tyler EDEN accounting systems, NOVAtime 4000 time & attendance systems and the MS SQL Server 2008 R2 that these applications ran on.•Firewall: Managed and Maintained the current Palo Alto Firewall which replaced the obsolete Juniper Netscreen Firewall. •Wireless: Managed all aspects 52 APs over 10 sites AeroHive cloud-based wireless network to replace the obsolete Cisco 4402 Wireless LAN Controller. Also designed and installed the 16 Fluidmesh AP wireless back-haul network with 8 wireless G/N AP nodes for Magic Waters. •Mobile Device Management: Designed and Installed Airwatch •Exchange 2013: Managed all aspects of a coexisting Exchange 2010 & 2013 DAG environment •PCI Security Audit: Acquired a C+ rating•Splunk: Managed all aspects of Splunk 6.2 used to audit all Cisco devices, AD security events and firewall policy violations.•Rectrac: Maintained all aspects, both locally and remotely of the newer Rectrac 3.1

Headed a domain renaming project, home folder migration and domain controller upgrades. Maintained corporate helpdesk documentations and standards. Assisted in the moving of every desktop and server from four separate buildings to the new Skokie headquarters. Assisted in the migration of all servers and applications of a Forsythe acquired company.

This included Compaq ASE, Compaq Storageworks, HP Mopiers, McAfee Anti-Virus, Magic Help Desk, Cisco, and Microsoft. Planned and designed all aspects of the Tabin network and data center for their move to a new downtown Chicago location.

Provided on-site service of Networks, PCs and printers for MBSI service contracts. From June to Oct of 1998 assisted First Options of Chicago in a MS-Windows NT rollout of more than one hundred PCs. From February 1997 to January 1998 I fulfilled a full-time on-site service contract for IBM servicing Ameritech in the Chicago Loop area. The nine man team that I worked with provided deskside support for three buildings, some one hundred servers and more than one thousand clients. Phone support covered every Ameritech employee in the State of Illinois.
