Working in the account services team on Affinity ID’s key account – Progressive Enterprises – I was involved in a wide range of projects to support the Onecard loyalty program and Countdown’s online presence.Key achievement:Successfully launched the online application process for Countdown’s new credit card product - Onecard Visa - interfacing Affinity ID systems with Progressive IT and GE Finance systems.The role involved working with senior stakeholders in Countdown’s marketing and IT teams and external partners, to plan and deliver strategic application development initiatives, campaign websites, data interfacing and platform upgrades.To facilitate the delivery of these projects and to ensure that we met the project requirements and business objectives, I worked with a team of programmers, designers, database engineers, technical planners and their respective department heads.
