Direct report to the Commander and DCOM as the CPF Fleet Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Officer (SAPRO) and Deputy Director of Personal and Family Readiness N17 (N17B). Responsible for the tracking, oversight and analysis of all lower Echelon Type Commanders and Unit CDR's SAPR programs and program execution for over 105K sailors and over 2,000 Navy commands. Work directly with Echelon I SAPR program managers to design, overhaul existing policy and implement this policy throughout the Pacific Fleet area of responsibility. Deputy for all Culture of Excellence program initiatives, strategic planning, communications and workshops. Working to encourage culture change while ensuring care and response are in place. Directly responsible to the Captain for all self-defense measures, to include, early warning radar systems, fire control systems, RAM, NATO and CIWS systems, intelligence integration, Ship's Self-Defense System (SSDS), sonar and underwater countermeasures. Directs all actions and decisions on a 24 hour operations floor and ensures safe execution of airborne aircraft control and search and rescue efforts. Responsible for training plans, qualification and positional training boards, training material development, evaluation and designation of Surface, Air and Tactical Action Officer Positions. Additionally, supervises 12 Officers and 105 enlisted personnel across 3 divisions, including scheduling, training, evaluation and discipline. Graduate from the AEGIS training Center's SSDS operator course, Dalhgren, VA. Managed 2 maintenance phases and 2 full deployments during a dynamic 24 month tour on the world's only forward deployed aircraft carrier. Also, excelled in membership on the ship's training team and Command Duty Officer positions.

Responsible for advanced weapon system training certifications, exercise preparations, and all advanced weapon system training syllabus for over 700 aircrew. Additionally responsible for testing, managing and integrating all new aircraft equipment modifications designated for future installation on the E-6B aircraft. Managed contracts for civilian syllabus development, computer based training system upkeep and support staff. Supervised over 40 military and civilians, to include routine evaluation and administration, conflict resolution, promotion, and managing operational and personnel tempo. Managed the Air Combat Training Continuum (ACTC) 500 level program, training and designating all advanced warfighters in the wing. Identified shortfalls in equipment, training or procedures and worked toward solutions. Certified ACTC Level 500 and a Naval Air Warfare Development Center graduate.

Implemented and maintained a 24 hour 365 day sortie schedule, across 3 alert locations and 8 aircraft in support of the President and Commander Joint Chiefs of Staff as a member of our Nation’s critical nuclear command and control structure. Managed, scheduled and budgeted operations for 365 Naval Aircrewman, totaling over 6,000 flight hours with an operating budget of $13 million annually while integrating maintenance and operational requirements. Managed all command electronic keying and cryptographic material and the Navy’s nuclear Personal Reliability Program (PRP), ensuring procedural compliance of daily, monthly and annual storage and destruction.

Additionally, authored and implemented all advanced airframe and warfare policy as the E-6B weapon and communication system Model manager for the tactics, techniques and procedures. Contracted and directed all classroom instruction, Weapon System Trainer (WST) simulator events and syllabus development for final aircrew tactical certifications. Supervised all exercise assessment for Commander Strategic Forces, during world-wide bi-annual exercises Global Lightning and Global Thunder.

Conducted safe flight operations for 2 years with no loss of life or aircraft, providing mobile diplomacy and deterrence across the Pacific.

Supervised a dynamic Joint operations floor, detecting and monitoring illicit narco-terrorism activity and coordinated air and maritime assets to effect end game. Supervised the deployment of radar, communication and weapons systems in support of the Command Center Watch Officer providing real-time intelligence integration and common operating picture and communication across multiple classified networks. Acted as the Director’s representative to the government of Colombia, acting in concert with the US State Department, executing air intercept procedures and ultimately lethal means, stopping illegal aircraft from operating and transporting weapons and drugs in Colombia. Contributed directly to 600 metric tons of illicit drug seizure, cartel asset destruction and countless arrests.
