I am the Supervisor of a team who is the internal contact to the Physician's and their staff at all of our practices across the country. The 11 person team is broken up into regions of the country so that we can give each a personal contact and touch to assist with building relationships with our customers and providing Top-Notch service.

I ran an inside sales team that offered three Medicare approved products that we provided to patients in need. Those 3 products were the DDS 500 Lumbar Traction Belt, Uplift's Seat Assist, and Encore's Vacuum Therapy System. As a start up, we generated more than a million dollars in revenue with a small sales team.

My team contacted patients who were prescribed a CardioNet heart monitor. We scheduled delivery of the monitor along with scheduling a time for the monitor to be activated.
