I work closely with the key clients across the WarrensOffice group, assisting them with anything office related.I ensure that all our key accounts everyday business needs and requirements are met – allowing the client to focus on more important things! Our philosophy is that office supplies are simply not important unless they are not there – at which point they suddenly become a huge and unwanted distraction! My role is to ensure that our key clients do not have these types of distractions in their day-to-day business, and that they do not need to think about their office supplies (unless they want to!).I pride myself on the visibility of data and communication my clients receive. Formal review meetings take place on an agreed basis enabling my clients to monitor their total expenditure, consider price saving suggestions, and to implement spending restrictions, or forced switches (to environmentally friendly options for example) if required.I also manage WarrensOffice Interiors which is part of the group, a long-established office furniture division that clients have access to. I am a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager with over a decade of experience in office refurbishments, and our key accounts can take advantage of our fully project managed “turnkey” office furniture service. I can facilitate initial site surveys, 2D & 3D space planning, product samples & swatches, right through to full internal fit-out refurbishment works, & the final furniture installation. I am passionate about the environment, drive a fully electric company vehicle which is charged with “clean energy” produced from solar panels at our Head Office, and I am keen to work with my clients to reduce their carbon footprint too! We have recently implemented a weekly delivery system for a number of our radial clients, which we hope will be carried out on fully electric vans in the near future.
