As a Branch Manager my responsibilities are to ensure efficient operation of the Branch to ensure customer satisfaction and projected bottom line profit. Manages personnel issues and supervision. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Maintains company standards by ensuring employees are aware of expectations, are properly trained and are held accountable for their actions.

Joined the PBA in the beginning of 2023 fulfilling my lifelong goal.I have had a passion for the game since I was 5 years old and have enjoyed bowling with my family and friends. I have bowled in hundreds of tournaments across the nation from local house tournaments to national PBA50 tournaments including USBC Senior Masters and The Villages Classic. I feel my experience of 35 years of customer service and my 45+ years of bowling experience allows me to have a unique perspective in the sport.

Managed locations in NC, GA and FL including opening 1 new store in Pooler, GA. I also managed a Dick's Warehouse Sale location that focused on clearance and off-price retail. Drove customer service by ensuring guests had a hassle-free shopping experience.Implement gameplans and execute company initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.Responsible for developing up to 80 Teammates to achieve their dreams and ensure company success.

Started at The Home Depot in 1994 where I had roles as cashier, Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager and promoted to Store Manager in March of 2004. I managed stores up to 56 million and was responsible for up to 300 associates. I also served as an Interim District Operations Manager where I was responsible to be on regional calls and then hold district calls to disseminate information and follow-up on performance.
