Having supported Sustainability Victoria develop it's 3-year strategic plan, I am excited about the opportunity to coordinate the critical work streams required to make the plan operational.

Supporting Sustainability Victoria build a comprehensive strategy, planning and performance framework to deliver impact and contribute to the Victorian Government's sustainability targets. In this role I'll be responsible for finalising and delivering SV's new long-term strategy and ensuring that SV can measure and deliver on strategic outcomes.

Worked as Management Consultant at Accenture aligned to the Supply Chain Practice in the Products Industry. Built experience in a variety of industries, including Retail, Consumer Goods and Grocery as well as functional experience in supply chain optimisation and transformation and operating model design.

Reviewing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data left by NAB customers to isolate recurring negative customer experience trends and using this insight to create projects for improved customer service.
