My first job in Sydney. Recruited by Paul Williams.Rather like working in the casualty ward of a busy hospital - it was fast and furious - with no room for error. But the positive atmosphere and clever management team made it an amazing experience.My role was managing the Westpac account - my main client was John Haslam.

My first experience of a massive agency with over 300 employees.Immediately loved it - looking after the Texaco account. Very steep leaning curve.

My first real job. To be honest, I did it because it had the word 'marketing' in it.What I didn't realise was that it was going to teach me advanced script writing (which I use to this day for RedLime Response DRTVs), corporate marketing, handing agencies, and juggling loads of things at once. When I came out I was hooked.
