I commenced as an Assistant Valuer at Matheson Stephen Valuations in early 2017 and obtained my accreditation as a Certified Practising Valuer in October 2020. I am presently undertaking my accreditation to become a Certified Development Practitioner. I hold the position of a Senior Valuer at Matheson Stephen Valuations at current date, and specialise in areas of: Compulsory Acquisition and Compensation, valuations for litigation purposes, rental determinations, financial reporting valuations, inglogo land/residential subdivisions and general advisory work. My experience includes involvement in Projects such as: Outer Metropolitan Ring Road, West Gate Tunnel, Level Crossing Removals, Yan Yean Road Duplication, Plenty Gorge Parkland acquisitions, Mickleham Road Upgrade and other various infrastructure projects. I have completed a Bachelor of Business at Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma of Property at Deakin University. I am an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and member of the Municipal Group of Valuers (MGV).
