· Collaborated with Category Analysts in the Beer and Wine Categories and added off shelf assortment which accounted for ~10% of the total category sales· Partnered with the Director of Ops and Regional Support Specialist to create tools to help reduce Fresh and Center Store Shrink, as well as utilized the MicroStrategy DSS application to track Regional and Banner performance on new Center Store merchandising initiatives ($1 Bins, and BOGO Bins) as well as some store choice merchandising strategies that were deployed· Developed an aggressive merchandising strategy with a focus on growing items per customer with incredible results, Theater Candy was one of the selected items, and the store that I am in has the highest sales and movement in the Banner since inception· Worked with the Planogram and CAO teams to have store specific planograms built that take in to account poles that ran through shelving across 8 different sets, which had a large impact on shelf allocation, and impeded forecasting and replenishment.

· Led reset recovery teams that helped support stores during the Center Store reset process.· Developed a process to help organize the palletized repacks and filter through it to separate vendor partner items, remove not on planogram items as well as other potential issues such as damages/out of date.· Worked grocery repacks and reduced them to 50 boxes of repacks by the end of the week on average.· Followed up on opportunities with sets and repaired any issues to ensure planogram accuracy.· Supported the Center Store Specialists with installation and relocation of new and existing endcaps, reinstallation and installation of new and existing strategy elements (Inflation Response Signage, Shelf Extenders, etc), performed OSA (On Shelf Availability) out of stock counts to help determine impacts of the reset, and participated in final store walks and ensured any outstanding issues were captured.

· Selected by the Director of Ops to support a resort store as an Assistant Manager during the resort season. During this period, the store saw a double digit increase in same store sales over last year.· Ensured good in-stock conditions (~97.84%) and replenishment across center store and vendor partners to help support the increased resort business.· Developed a sales-based model of how to best utilize a display space for beer in regards to shelf pack out, sales, and replenishment. Helped to drive beer sales resulting in a ~10% distribution for beer.
