Mechatronics II, ME EN 3210Broad-spectrum instruction in programming, controls, and design, culminating in a robotics project.Mechatronics I, ME EN 3200Introduces dynamic system modeling, instrumentation, actuators, and computer–based data collection.

Responsible for directing and conducting testing on diesel engine generator sets and auxiliary systems to meet customer requirements, including; procedure writing, execution, and reporting. Troubleshooting of engine and test stand electromechanical and fluid systems through a hands-on approach.

Responsibility over regulatory compliance for Emergency Diesel Generators supplied to nuclear customers; Environmental Qualification (IEEE 323) and Seismic Qualification (Dynamic Testing, IEEE 344). Qualification provides assurance that supplied Safety Related equipment will protect public safety during an accident or event.

Monitoring and technical support for specific plant systems; general-use compressed air, instrument air, reheat heat exchangers, and large water chillers. BS Mechanical Engineering, 2006Beyond ME curriculum took strong interest in Computer Science; with coursework in Data Structures, Algorithms, Java, and C++, but not within a minor or "focus" track. Responsible for implementing corporate program on site; including gathering data, trending maintenance history, and coordinating with Maintenance to ensure that Engineering inspections were considered in planning of periodic maintenance that previously included no inspections.
