Collaborating with Development & Engineering, other Supply Chain partners and with our suppliers to drive reuse of materials within the supply chain.  Drive cross sector collaboration across the S&SC departments to maximize Re-use.  Develop new WoW or adopt WoW developed by the VHN Re-Use Team to enhance performance of Wilton Re-Use Team.  Hire and develop Wilton Re-Use staff and train them in the creation and use of the work instructions, processes and tools in an efficient and effective way to achieve their full potential. professionals. Build a mindset in the S&SC organization that maximizes learning from Re-use. As a direct result of this development program, the UK and US markets gained over $60 million in direct, incremental revenue in 2006 and 2007.Led the initiative to partner with other business units to integrate devices across Pitney Bowes to allow cross selling of products along with OEM products. Developed global go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Created global solutions for new features, applications and new products for rollouts to new markets.Sustained product lines by visiting customer sites and engaging with both sales and service teams around the world.
