In this new role, A Re-Use Team was formed in Veldhoven (VHN), and now one will be formed at ASML’s biggest US Manufacturing site in Wilton, CT. Collaborating with Development & Engineering, other Supply Chain partners and with our suppliers to drive reuse of materials within the supply chain.  Drive cross sector collaboration across the S&SC departments to maximize Re-use.  Develop new WoW or adopt WoW developed by the VHN Re-Use Team to enhance performance of Wilton Re-Use Team.  Hire and develop Wilton Re-Use staff and train them in the creation and use of the work instructions, processes and tools in an efficient and effective way to achieve their full potential. professionals. Build a mindset in the S&SC organization that maximizes learning from Re-use. Identify key success factors and process gaps as input for structural (process) improvements.

Enable concurrent engineering and co-manage the product lifecycle of all ASML products towards a lean supply chain. Work with Development & Engineering and Supply Chain partners to manage supply chain requirements, the introduction and phase-out of products, complex parts, engineering changes, related material availability, and changes in infrastructure.

Create and deliver logistic processes that enable the required ramp-up of new products and deliver new products according to the time-to-market requirements by timely providing know-how, means & methods and qualified human resources.

Partnered with business leaders to develop global rollout strategies and initiatives, leveraging expertise across Pitney Bowes spectrum to enhance revenue and margin attainment for product lines of $200 million in revenue. Key accomplishments include:Led the development of the top of the line leading edge mailing system (2008) to introduce the fastest inkjet mailing system on the market. Led the concept development team creating Pitney Bowes' solution for the mandated postal pricing change incorporating dimensional rating both in the UK (2006) and in the US (2007). This team was awarded the PB One Award in 2007 for its accomplishments (The PB One Award is Pitney Bowes' highest honor and recognizes behaviors that support our vision, operating principles and growth). As a direct result of this development program, the UK and US markets gained over $60 million in direct, incremental revenue in 2006 and 2007.Led the initiative to partner with other business units to integrate devices across Pitney Bowes to allow cross selling of products along with OEM products. Developed global go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Created global solutions for new features, applications and new products for rollouts to new markets.Sustained product lines by visiting customer sites and engaging with both sales and service teams around the world.

Replaced the original program manager for the first generation digital printing postage meter development program. Responsible for concluding the development phase and for globally launching the product. Key accomplishments include:Launched product in the US, EAME and Asia Pacific markets per schedule.Reduced Product FAC by 10% within first year of full production. Ultimately achieved an 11.2% reduction.Reduced field failures by 70% over first six-month period. Ultimately achieved 72% reduction.Concluded development budget of $21 million. Concluded program under budget.Recommended re-engineering of applications for better productivity and throughput on high end systems

Coordinated the operational and manufacturing engineering portion of the first generation digital printing postage meter development program. Key accomplishments include:Tracked the product FAC throughout the development phase.Managed the creation of the production lines in our production facilities; Assisted in the supplier selection process and in managing the liaisons for major product commodities. This included site visits, site evaluations and progress meetings.

Managed multi-discipline global team that developed Pitney Bowes' second-generation digital mailing system incorporating inkjet technology. Led this team from the concept phase through to the launch and global rollout. Managed the development budget of $30 million. Key accomplishments include:Concluded development program under budget ($28.5 million).Achieved the shortest development cycle time for a new product at Pitney Bowes.Developed and implemented a new common architecture platform that has been used on all mailing machine development programs at Pitney Bowes (Awarded two US Patents for this architecture).First Pitney Bowes product line launched simultaneously in multiple countries and in multiple configurations.Most markets launched in the first year of any new product (9 markets).First meter product in the world to have embedded Delivery Confirmation Services and data capture.
