As a senior federal law enforcement executive I am an innovative and accomplished leader who is results driven. I have directed enterprise scale intelligence programs, operations and data programs across the world. I have an active Top Secret SCI clearance. Worked with counterparts inside the US government including law enforcement, IC agencies, and DOD along with international partners and the private sector. As Director of DEA's Office of Special Intelligence, I direct the intelligence arm of our Special Operations Division and global digital exploitation teams, drive international intelligence collection and analytical efforts and innovate cutting edge technologies/programs to advance the mission of DEA and its partners. I administer the security and risk management strategy for this portfolio through legal compliance, process/policy guidelines and long range planning.In my previous role as Chief of DEA's Office of Congressional and Public Affairs, I led and represented DEA on legislative affairs matters to Congress, DOJ and leaders in the private sector on complex operational and regulatory matters. I built the framework for strategic communications to engage Congress and partners to further relationships, understanding and results based outcomes. Expertise in operations, intelligence, data management, data optimization, innovative technical solutions, directing specialized operations and personnel, regulatory matters, risk management and security. Extensive experience in collaborative operations with the Intelligence Community.I have a track record of achievement and success in effective communication, strategic thinking, problem solving and clarity in directing large scale organizations in operational situations.
