This position is part of a technical sales team, and was responsible for sales and marketing of Sandviks special tubular products with focus on strengthening the companys position with the major customers within the Oil & Gas segment in North America.Position Overview:-Direct regional sales effort to attain or exceed projected business plan.-Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop strategies to grow revenues and profitability.-Direct sales forecasting activities and establish goals.-Execute strategic activities for niche/special products, such as sales and market plans and development of cooperation agreements with targeted accounts-Identification and development of new applications through market research and analysis-Introduction of new products in the market-Pricing and value based selling argumentation.

Provided direction to and managed the NISC resources supporting the FAA's Scanning Task Order. Developed work assignments and assessed employee performance. Managed work schedules to ensure timely completion of all assigned projects. Interfaces on a regular basis with local, regional, and Headquarters FAA customers. Was responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. NISC responsibilities include: ensuring time recording is accurate and submitted on time, travel arrangements are completed and processed for reimbersement, and responsible for assessing and reporting on performance metrics.
