NextCorps helps tech entrepreneurs launch new companies, and established businesses increase revenues and profitability. NextCorps runs several programs that span different stages of company development, different industries, and geographies, which include: business incubation for scaleable tech startups (new facility at the Sibley building in downtown Rochester), two climate tech accelerator programs - Venture for ClimateTech and Scale for ClimateTech, a global optics/photonics/imaging accelerator (Luminate), a consulting business to help small and medium sized manufacturing businesses grow, and several other workshops, boot camps, and other offerings.

- Provided Management Consulting, Business Planning, and Capital Formation strategy for growth oriented early stage companies. Also acted as a co-founder of two new businesses, including the Genesis Fund, LP, a proposed $50M seed capital fund focused on the Upstate NY region.

Led all business development activities for this high-tech startup company. Wrote business plans, raised funding from angel and VC investors, formed strategic partnerships, etc.
