This guarantees system performance is objectively measured to prove/certify proper validation against system, safety and RAM requirements. Accountable for all vendor and owners team testing and acceptance artifacts verifying alignment with project expectations and scope. • As Commissioning Lead, developed the Commissioning and Handover Management Plan which set out expectations for planning and execution the commissioning activities and set out the procedures and processes required to ensure a smooth commissioning. Responsible for the coordination of all commissioning activities across a geographically complex project site, review and approval of all commissioning artifacts, implementation of a commissioning and completions management system to provide clear and concise progress reporting to project leadership, management of a failure and defect management system, and an over-arching commitment to the governance of HSEQ across the entire commissioning program. • As a nominated project auditor, complete regular audits ensuring that the CBTC systems design and implementation meets all system, safety and RAM requirements. This included the development, management, and tracking of requirements throughout the Project, organisation of project V & V related activities including; coordinating system development tasks such as design, integration and formal testing, review and approval of sub-system requirements development ensuring traceability and interface to external systems are clearly demonstrated. • The deployment included 3 separate software releases across 200 operational Locomotives and approximately 9,000 ore cars with minimal business interruptions.
