• Consult with members, identify needs and recommend products and services that will benefit them• Interview and analyze consumer loan applications. •Opening memberships and advising members on products that will best suit them

• Perform all teller duties such as receiving, disbursing cash, checks, transfers, and check orders

• Conducts market research and makes recommendations for products/service modifications or improvements.• Represents the Credit Union; promote the Credit Union to employees and works with sponsors to maintain positive relationships. • Accountable for planning events, such as Youth Week, and organizing the Family Trust Teacher Grant Banquet• Sending out weekly Onboarding emails, as well as gathering the information. • Use excel and work to create mail merges, to send out letters and weekly birthday postcards to youth accounts.• Responsible for assisting all of my co-workers, with anything they need help with such as researching new products or putting together binders for presentations.• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for training new employees in the cook and soda/ ice cream fountain positions. • Accountable for all aspects of food preparation, which includes prep, weighing, cooking, and expediting. • Supervises back of the house closing duties and front of the house daily operations.
