Provided direct support to the office holders and chief executive. My role included:• assembling and auditing the CEO’s report to Council, which is prepared six times per year• drafting the “From the president” article and dispatching on a weekly basic to promote the positive membership work of the Society.• leading on bespoke IT projects and pilots, such as the new Customer Relationship Management system.

Managing applications for the Society's flagship Conveyancing Quality Scheme. Also developed the initial customer service standards and service level agreements to ensure the scheme was member focused.
