As a member of the UK's Leading Data provider for Property Search Information, my role is to work towards meeting our many client's expectations. As part of the Drainage & Water Ancillaries Department, my role is to research and analyse the Sewerage Networks for requested properties and create both the map and report for the client. Typically, this will involve looking into reports held from England's Water Authorities, such as Thames Water. However, a lot of scrupulation is required to ensure that accurate data is provided, and thus it is my responsibility to delegate this to our dedicated roadie team. It is very much a balancing act between ensuring the high standard of work that OneSearch is met while also maintaining the KPI performance targets agreed upon with my manager.
