With Nebraska Elite, an undersized U17 team reached a Top 4 finish at AAU Nationals by focusing on detailed performance metrics and tailoring strategies to exploit opponents' weaknesses. At Midlothian High School, a 2A boys' varsity team made it to the 5A State Semi-finals by using data-driven insights to maximize each player’s unique strengths, turning a diverse group into a united and cohesive machine.

At Cargill, over 700 ergonomic assessments led to the creation of a detailed heat map that highlighted key inefficiencies and safety risks on the production line. This data drove me to form the plant's first ergonomics team where I secured funding for automated solutions, resulting in a 50% headcount reorganization on the most hazardous line and saving $135,000 annually on a $15,000 investment. Building on this success, I then built the plant’s first process improvement team was established, delivering $80,000 in annual savings within our first month, further enhancing both efficiency and improving safety.
