Troubleshoots and resolves technical network interoperability issues, circuit outages, degradation, and hardware failures for NMCI and Legacy networks. Works with network technicians to implement and monitor local area networks that link to numerous computer platforms, operating systems, and network topologies across a widely dispersed geographical area. Experience that includes network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, UPS, desktop computers, and cabling in a large BAN/LAN/WAN environment.

Works on networking team that troubleshoots and resolves technical network interoperability issues. Ensures Operations team meets Service Level Agreements set forth in the contract. Ensures that Operations team provides exceptional level-2 network support for prime contractor EDS. Develops and maintains a value added working relationship with the prime contractor to include executives, managers, and other technical support personnel. Maintains and implements a professional approach in changing work environment and is responsible for the daily operation, technical performance, and configuration control of the network.

Experience with Remedy ticket management system.
