CKB was a group of leading organisations in the climate field including UN bodies, MDBs, government development agencies and research institutes that have a knowledge brokering role. I facilitated peer-to-peer learning workshops in various international locations and led the development of The Climate Knowledge Brokers Manifesto, managing interviewers from 17 member organisations, facilitating an editorial conference, and co-authoring the manifesto.

Evaluation of learning programmes including Action Learning Sets, Community Organisers Know Your Community Rights

Worked closely with the Chief Executive of the Education Business Partnership of Milton Keynes to establish an innovative alternative education project for students excluded from school, the Independent Personalised Education Centre (iPEC), focusing on employability. Developed plans for the school programme, ethos and staffing; oversaw registration as an independent school.

Set-up the Refugee Engineers Database (RED) to link refugees in the UK with previous engineering experience to vacancies in engineering with UK companies. Secured funding to employ a full-time Manager. Transferred operation of RED to a larger organisation.

Providing user support, training & facilitation to ensure clients of Trampoline Systems make the best use of the system. This was not a technical position since the software was user friendly. It encompassed internal communications consultancy and was primarily about understanding information flows in an organisation and between an organisation and its customers and suppliers.
