Achieved 100% task completion rate. Introduced space operations to 40 personnel aligned with Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability. Drove space surveillance telescope system concept; baselined weapon system for $700M U.S./Australia partnership. ▪ Developed Director Joint Staff “Joint Concept for Space Operations” that synergized all services across multi-domains to support the warfighter. Inspired 50 personnel and prepared resources for 80 concept-required capabilities and tasks.▪ Championed a revolutionary rewrite of Air Force Doctrine Annex 3-14, Counterspace Operations, providing much-needed emphasis on space as a warfighting domain and focusing on counterspace as a multi-domain mission. ▪ Showcased over 200 Air Force, Joint, and Allied doctrine and warfighting tactics documents, earning praise from Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability team for the branch’s Concept Reference Listing covering an additional 50 space concepts. ▪ Broadened leadership and vision that earned Directorate “Concepts and Doctrine Process Branch” Award.

Developed first-ever Space Mishap Investigation Course and single handedly revamped Space Safety training. Conducted United States Air Force Academy staff assistance visit for the Falcon Satellite Program. Policy guru for Air Force Manuals and Instructions.▪ Advised space safety representatives on an $18M weather satellite mishap and used the lessons learned to identify hazards and mitigate risk by collaborating Space Safety Policy and mishap exercises with the Federal Aviation Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and National Transportation Safety Board. ▪ Executed a 40-member team outlining enculturation challenges and constructed an Air Force survey on cyber culture supporting the Chief of Staff of the Air Force’s cyber strategy. The Air Force Chief Information Officer praised the final product by standing up the Chief Information Security Office.

Creates future plans, requirements, concepts, directives, and exercises for operational employment of systems and facilities. ▪ Cultivated Directorate’s operations reduction effort to gauge mission impacts to four space systems, resulting in $8M savings. ▪ Facilitated 16-member team; restored $150M Space X thruster anomaly, space station rendezvous restored. ▪ Authored small lift concept for $900M Orbital-Suborbital Program (OSP)-3; promptly crafted to solidify space mission needs.

The 45th SW Vice Commander recommended that I move to the Inspector General (IG) office to be the lead agent for preparing the Wing for HQ AFSPC's Operational Readiness & Compliance Inspection (ORI/CI). Actions resulted in Headquarters IG highest praise, "Best one I've seen so far". Leads and trains 128-member Exercise Evaluation Team (EET) in planning, developing, executing and evaluating all scenarios to test 45 SW's contingency response capabilities--reports strengths/weaknesses and validates results. ▪ Directs Commander's Self-Inspection Program (SIP)--leads and trains 76 monitors in 34 units across 4 installations.▪ Orchestrated two successful launches of the Delta II Micro-Satellite Technology Experiment and Atlas V Wideband Global Satellite Communications worth over $20B from the world’s busiest spaceport. ▪ Enhanced leadership that earned the “Air Force Organizational Excellence Award” for the organization.

Led 16-member range ops team--resolved radar failure; $300M WGS to orbit--DoD's newest comm satellite for Global War On Terrorism (GWOT). Led range through $250 million Delta II Micro-Satellite Technology Experiment (MiTEx) launch and prevented a launch delay.
