I maintained comprehensive records of all enrollment documents, all submitted course work, and all assessments performed with students. I conducted two sales assessments on behalf of the Registered Training Organization with the entire enrolled team. (Over 40 students)I provided regular personal one on one coaching to all members of the team to assist them to meet company sales objectives and to successfully achieve their individual Certificate III of Retail qualification. I presented training to groups on a daily basis. Each morning, Monday to Friday I took a group of between three and six team members through that week’s program. I managed the training roster to ensure all sales team members attended the training on one of the days each week.I developed specific topic group training programs in response to Learning Needs Analysis conducted personally and together with management team.I trained and coached the Mandurah Sales team to regularly achieve the highest ratings for sales in the WA stores group, and among the best teams in national rankings.In addition I performed the role of site safety officer, implementing site safety inspections, monitoring and organizing first-aid training, the role of first aid officer, and ensuring the site and activities maintained correct Work Health and Safety protocols.

Within 9 months I grew the digital camera section of the department from Approximately $2000 per month turnover to a regular monthly turnover in excess of $85,000.In February 2004 I began work as Store Second in Charge. I was responsible for staff management and training, oversight of daily activities in the shop, customer service, Inventory management for the store, and also ran the communications (mobile phones) section of the business.I remained in this role until August 2006.
