• Establish and maintain good rapport with training vendors/local institutions and respective business entity, finance, on training matters, grants, payments.
• Track, verify, implement, manage and process training-related payments and finance procedures (Invoices, Reimbursement Claims, Advance Payment, Withholding Tax, e-RFI) for senior management endorsement and finance.
• Serve as the Goods Receipt officer via ARIBA for training materials.
• Assist in operational tasks such as event support invigilation, newcomer’s orientation, training facility upkeep and maintenance, as assigned (TV Display, Security Clearance Support, Pantry/Birthday Duties, Adjustment.
